The bistro at The Bourbon offers diners one of Sydney’s best ‘pub’ dining experiences right in the heart of Kings Cross. Acclaimed Chef Colin Holt has carefully designed a fresh and enticing menu, from which patrons have a terrific selection of snacks, light salads, pastas, seafood, steaks and antipasto dishes.

The Bourbon offers diners both alfresco and indoor seating areas…perfect for basking in the afternoon sun or enjoying a meal watching the hustle and bustle of kings cross pass you by.

Reservations are not taken for the bistro and an open seating policy allows patrons to enjoy a quick business lunch, a get together with friends or a late night or mid afternoon meal in a relaxed and informal setting.
