The city that inspired The Bourbon's birth now flavours a brand new feast of contemporary New Orleans cuisine, reworked by the talented Head Chef James Metcalfe. Eat in the wee hours, dine on the terrace, snuggle in a booth. The party's where the food is. Enjoy it with abandon. It's so good, it's criminal.

A toast to Old New Orleans, where cocktails first began. Classics, each with a tale of its own. Bourbon-based cocktails? Well, naturally. The best are all here. Our beer is for savouring, not swilling. As they say in New Orleans: "Laissez les bon temps rouler". Let the good times roll!

A real dame has her own band. A band that plays long after the sun goes down; musicians with rhythm in their veins, who know by heart the soundtrack to good times.
